Administration, Federal Express (keys): $75

Deposit: Keys and Welcome Letter will be Federal Expressed one week prior to your arrival in Tucson with a Federal Express envelope to return keys upon your departure.

Security deposit: Refundable $400 separate check due with final payment 60 days prior to arrival. Your check will be returned or destroyed upon our receipt of the keys.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
